Guarantee terms and policy
Widder machines are guaranteed for 12 months from the installation date, or 18 months from the sale date — whichever ends first.
The guarantee ends if the machine is physically damaged by events outside normal use, or repaired by anyone not trained by a Widder-approved trainer.
Insurance cover
Widder machinery is insured from the moment of loading at our workshop:
- CIF — insured during shipment until unloading at your production site
- FOB — insured until loaded on board the ship
- EX-WORKS — insured for loading only
Quality control
Quality control is carried out throughout manufacture, on mechanical parts made in-house and by suppliers, and on final assembly. Widder Eng. Co. holds ISO 9001:2008 approval and the CE mark.
